In the state of Pennsylvania, whether represented by a Realtor or not, a seller, by law, must complete a real estate disclosure statement. 

Disclosure statements are very important to you and to the people representing you. A disclosure statement is a document that states the past and present condition of your house. It is imperative that you be truthful when completing a disclosure statement. If there were errors on the statement then the realtor would be misrepresenting the house and you.
